Our History
Our Construction Story
Founded in 2010, Actuate Builders Inc. (ABI) began as a specialist in interior fit-out works for BPO companies, quickly earning a reputation for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. By 2012, ABI expanded into a full-service general contractor, recognized as a “Triple A” company by the Philippine Contractors Association Board (PCAB), with expertise across all construction facets, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, and Fire Protection.
ABI has completed over 600,000 square meters of BPO fit-outs, 120,000 square meters of enterprise offices, eight clinics, two hospitals, and eight structural projects, including residential, hotel, and commercial developments. With 1,300 skilled employees nationwide, ABI vao is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise on every project.
