For the past 10 years, Alexander V. Floro has been the Managing Director of Actuate Builders. He has guided the company from its humble beginnings in the office to a Classification A General Contractor. He has seen the company complete projects like the Seda Hotel Bacolod and Ayala One Bonifacio. He has also seen successful turnovers with leading developers.

Behind these achievements is Alex’s belief in trust and confidence in a company to measure its success. To do this, he partners with highly skilled and well-motivated architects and engineers to provide reliable services and quality craftsmanship while practicing honesty at work.
