With over 20 years of work experience in various industries, Jeng Macalagay is a seasoned HR leader and career coach who helps organizations and individuals achieve their goals and potential. Keen to never stop learning and challenging herself, Jeng recently took a bold move to the construction industry after her stint as Global HR Services and Talent Management Lead at Radix HR. She is the new Head of People & Culture at Actuate Builders, Inc.

Jeng is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coach who is passionate about empowering young professionals to succeed in their careers. She founded Career Collab with Jeng, a coaching company that offers accessible and affordable coaching services to aspiring leaders and career changers. Jeng leverages her extensive HR expertise and network to provide guidance, support, and feedback to her coachees. Jeng believes coaching is a powerful tool to transform lives and unlock potential.
