Nina is an architect by profession, but it’s her advocacy for pursuing big dreams that led her to where she is today. Right after college, she left her hometown to explore more opportunities outside traditional design and build engagement. This led her to careers at Cornersteel Systems Corporation, Anthem Solutions, and Permasteelisa Philippines Inc.

Today, she is the Head of Operations for Actuate Builders Inc. She handles a team of experienced professionals with expertise in design, construction management, and project delivery. To her team, she brings her experience in business development and service delivery to provide their clients with the best value. She always keeps in mind that every successful project is the result of careful planning and genuine partnership across all stakeholders.
