The company had an existing office, and is looking for additional space for expansion within the same building. The new space will also double as their front of the house, to host guests, investors, and media partners. It shall also house the offices of the executive team.

Objectives

To construct a new office that will serve as the company’s front of the house.

To maximize the use of sustainable friendly materials in line with the company’s thrust.

To complete artshum the project within the stipulated budget and timeframe.

Challenges

  1. Current Site Condition: during the demolition phase, it was found out that an electrical supply for the other tenant is located within the leased premises.
  2. Work Window Hours: As the building is located near residential area, as well as with tenants on 24×7 operations, window time for noisy work is limited.
  3. Supply Chain Issue: Most furniture chosen is indent, and lead time is more than the actual construction phase.
